1. AI assists. People decide.

AI helps organize contributions into themes. It does not make decisions, rank people or replace the judgement of the team that reads the results.

  2. No synthesis without a citation.

Every theme and every conclusion links to the contributions behind it. If something cannot be traced to what people said, it is not shown.

  3. Rules announced before listening.

Each process publishes how contributions will be used, how long they are kept and what will be shared back, before the first one arrives. Rules are versioned and every contribution keeps the version that was announced to it. While a process is open, what it promises to share back can only grow.

  4. Participation without an account.

People take part from a QR code or a link without giving their name. Contributions are not stored with IP addresses. We count responses and distinct browsers, never people.

  5. Small groups stay protected.

Results below a minimum number of responses are not shown. This reduces the risk of identifying someone. It is a protection, not a guarantee of anonymity, and we do not promise anonymity.

  6. Sensitive communities, explicit access.

Communities such as employees are marked as sensitive. Reading their texts needs an explicit authorization, and the person who receives it declares that they do not directly supervise the participants. Every reading is recorded.

  7. Only the people you authorize.

Access to contributions depends on membership of each workspace, with permissions by role. Administering an organization does not, by itself, give access to the texts.

AI providers and where data is processed

Before any text reaches an AI model, the platform automatically looks for and removes personal data; that detection can fail, so contributions with especially sensitive data are never sent. Text is processed by Anthropic, in the United States.

Who is responsible

Kiterium is developed by Citixen Technologies SAS. For contributions, your organization decides what it listens to and why; Kiterium processes them on its behalf, under a data processing agreement.
