Who we are
Kiterium is a product of Citixen Technologies SAS, domiciled in Bell Ville, Province of Córdoba, Argentina. Contact: legal@citixen.org.
The service
Kiterium provides tools for an organization to listen to its community, run consultations and analyze what it receives with the help of artificial intelligence.
Artificial intelligence assists; it does not decide. Analyses may contain errors and a person always reviews them before they are used. Results describe the contributions received; they are not a representative measurement of the whole community.
Accounts and organizations
Whoever creates an organization states that they are authorized to represent it. The organization is responsible for its team, the accounts it enables and how it uses the contributions it receives, including informing participants.
Each person is responsible for keeping their password safe and for telling us if they suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Kiterium may not be used to identify, monitor or retaliate against participants; to listen to people who work for the organization without clearly informing them; to collect data from children under 16 without the authorization the law requires; or to spread unlawful content.
We may suspend a workspace or account for use that breaches these terms, with prior notice except in urgent cases.
Plans and payment
Kiterium Free is free and has monthly allowances: up to 500 contributions, 2 open channels and 2 AI analyses. When an allowance is reached, what was received is kept and this is clearly announced; nothing is deleted silently. If we change the allowances, we give at least 30 days' notice.
Kiterium Custom is governed by the agreement we sign with each organization.
Liability
We provide the service with care and diligence, but we do not guarantee it will work without interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions each organization makes based on the analyses.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute is submitted to the ordinary courts of the Province of Córdoba, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Relevant changes are announced in advance to registered organizations and published on this page with their date.
