01 Listen

Invite people where they already are.

Open listening lets people share whatever matters to them, from a QR code on a table, a link in an email or a widget on your site. Directed consultations ask a specific question, and a neutrality check flags leading wording while you write it.

Taking part needs no account and no name. Before the first contribution arrives, each process publishes its rules: how contributions will be used, how long they are kept and what you will share back.

Rules are versioned. While a process is open, what it promises to share back can only grow.

  • QR codes, links and an embeddable widget
  • Open listening and directed consultations
  • Neutrality check while you write a question
  • Process rules published before listening

02 Understand

Structure without flattening.

Kiterium organizes contributions into themes. Agreement is shown as agreement, disagreement as positions side by side, and minority views stay visible instead of being absorbed by the largest theme. What fits no theme stays unclassified and readable.

Every synthesis is built from quoted contributions. If a statement cannot be traced to what people said, it is not shown.

AI assists in this step. It never decides, and it never scores people.

  • Themes, agreement, disagreement and minority views
  • Citations behind every synthesis
  • Unclassified contributions kept, not forced
  • Personal identifiers masked before analysis

03 Decide

Evidence you can read.

Each finding shows its base, such as 10 of 34 contributions, and opens onto the words behind it. Counts are contributions and responses, never people.

Teams work in workspaces with permissions by role. Results below a minimum number of responses are not shown, and communities marked as sensitive, such as employees, need an explicit authorization to read their texts.

The minimum group size reduces the risk of identifying someone. It is not a promise of anonymity.

  • Findings with their base and sources
  • Results shared back with participants
  • Workspaces and permissions by role
  • Extra protection for sensitive communities

How the technology works

Six steps, from a contribution to a decision. Each one is designed so that what your team reads can be traced back to what people actually said.

  1. Collect

Contributions arrive through channels and consultations, each under rules announced in advance.

  2. Protect

Personal identifiers are masked before any text reaches an AI model.

  3. Organize

Contributions are grouped into themes, and agreement, disagreement and minority views are identified.

  4. Cite

Each synthesis is written from quoted contributions. Without a citation, it is not shown.

  5. Read

Your team reads every finding with its base and its sources before acting on it.

  6. Return

What you heard goes back to the people who took part, as the rules promised.

On the horizon

  • Follow-up questions

When a contribution leaves something important unsaid, a short, neutral follow-up question to fill the gap.

  • Other authorized sources

Bring in contributions your organization already collects elsewhere, under the same rules and protections.

  • Analysis across languages

Communities that speak several languages, read as one.
