Who is responsible
Kiterium is a product of Citixen Technologies SAS, a company incorporated under the laws of the Argentine Republic, domiciled in Bell Ville, Province of Córdoba, Argentina.

What we collect on this website
If you fill in a form (demo or sign-up), we receive your name, email, organization, country, sector, community size, your message and, if you arrived from a campaign, its source. We use them only to reply to you.
This website uses no cookies or analytics tools. The provider that hosts it logs technical data of each visit, such as IP address and browser, for security and operation.
What we collect in the platform
From members of organizations' teams: name, email, password (stored encrypted), the organization and workspaces they belong to, and records of relevant actions they take, for auditing.
Servers log technical access data, such as IP address, for security.
Participants and the organizations that listen
Each organization decides what to listen to, to whom and for what purpose. Kiterium processes contributions on behalf of that organization, which is accountable for how it uses what it receives. The conditions of each process (who receives the contributions, for what, how long they are kept and how to request deletion) are shown before taking part.
No account is needed to take part and we do not ask for a name. The browser stores a code to prevent repeated submissions, which does not identify the person. Each contribution comes with a receipt that can be used to request its deletion.
We recommend not including details that could identify someone. Results are shown grouped and only above a minimum number of contributions; this reduces the risk of identifying someone but does not guarantee anonymity.
AI providers and international transfers
To analyze contributions we use artificial intelligence models from Anthropic, in the United States. Before sending a text, the platform automatically looks for and removes personal data; that detection can fail. Contributions with detected especially sensitive data are not sent to any AI provider.
The platform is hosted on DigitalOcean servers and the website on Vercel, both in the United States. Emails are sent through Resend. Using Kiterium means data is transferred to these providers, which process it only to provide their service.
How long we keep data
Contributions are kept for the period the organization announces in the conditions of each process, and then deleted.
Account data is kept while the account is active. Website form data, as long as needed to answer the request.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to privacy@citixen.org. If you took part in a process, you can request deletion of your contribution with your receipt, from the organization that listens or from us.
If you believe we did not handle your request, you can file a complaint with Argentina's Agency for Access to Public Information or the data protection authority that applies to you.
