- Is Free a trial?
- No. Free is a stable plan, not a trial with an end date. It works within usage limits, and those limits may change over time. If they do, we will say so clearly before the change applies.
- Does the quality of the analysis depend on the plan?
- No. Both plans use the same analysis, with the same citations and the same protections. The difference is capacity and how much support you need.
- Can I move from Free to Custom?
- Yes. Your workspaces, channels and history stay with you.
- Who owns the contributions?
- Your organization decides what it listens to and why. Kiterium processes contributions on your behalf, under the rules you publish to participants.
